Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed daily, Monday through Sunday. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched to the email address provided at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.95. This rate applies to all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of size or weight (excluding bulk orders). Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard delivery. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Shipping Methods
All domestic orders are shipped using reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout or upon request for an additional fee. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier performance. 

Local pickup is available upon request and must be arranged prior to placing your order. Please contact our store directly to coordinate your pickup details.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check that all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or be returned to sender. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. If tracking information does not update or your package appears delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance at polarityandco@gmail.com.

Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local post office. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery, our team will make every effort to help you resolve the matter.

Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping through DHL Express. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout via Shopify, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing based on your destination. 

WE DO NOT currently offer shipping to the EU as our store is not GPSR compliant at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to work towards this.
