Refund policy
Before placing an order, we strive to provide comprehensive descriptions, screenshots, and detailed information about all materials. We’re committed to transparency and are happy to answer any questions to ensure you have a clear understanding of your purchase.
Additionally, we include customization with every item available to ensure that you can clearly and completely communicate your preferences before your order is processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: All personalized items (such as flexible magnets, refrigerator magnets, button magnets, mylar magnets, photo prints, ornaments, badges, jig-saw puzzles, and other custom-made products) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please note that while some of the aforementioned goods are not applicable to our store in particular, the information is included for legal compliance.
Damages and issues
While we do not accept returns/refunds on custom products, we do want you to feel confident in the quality of product that you will be receiving.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item (if it’s eligible for exchange). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product. The consumer will be liable for return shipping costs on any and all exchanges unless otherwise indicated by Polarity & Co.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please review our shipping policies, as our store is not shipping to the EU at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be mindful that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
